Bathroom was pretty nice. I liked the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Beds were fine
Walls are very thin. No outlet where the alarm clock should go. Continental breakfast was pretty sad.
Couldn't understand the check-in people.
The location was good, the price was right, the room was clean.
The walls are very thin. Fortunately no one was in next room until early morning that I left. Could hear every word from the couple in next room. When I arrived Booked.net reservation was not received by motel. Had to bring my receipt to get the prices quoted by Booked.net
Spa was advertised as part of hotel. It was one of the reasons we pick it, It was not working and it wasn't noted on the web site that it was out of order. We were disappointed.
The room is very clean and has all we needed.
It was a good location ideal for families with kids
Needs modernising a bit :)
Price was fair for location
Smell, no ventilation, bathroom window screen was brojen
Poor at reporting disturbances.
No eggs, bed was not like a cloud
Could have eggs.
Location was great, price was great.
Paint was old, bathroom was old, front door hit the dresser, cramped in the additional chair facing a table, the carpet and room smelled. I used our own spray to mask the smell. WiFi barely worked especially since I took a college class online test and almost didn't work. Breakfast was to late.
Phone in room didn't work, we were not told how to turn on TV until the clerk came into our room and showed is how to turn it on. Ummm!
The value for our money was great! The small seating dining area with microwave and small fridge was great. The coffee pot with extra coffee and creamers was very happily surprising.
The young man that checked us in was friendly, however, the older people didn't smile didn't ask how our stay was going and seemed a little unfriendly. The bathroom had a fan but didn't and the continental breakfast was a little stale.
It was close to the freeway to get to Monterey Bay.
They did not clean right and tge girls where goofying off and did not see where watxhing them as they grabbed my son's shoe with the vacuum. The jacuzzi was not working and the breakfast was not good ether thing that where offered was to simple an plane. The microwave and stove did not work. Good thing we only need to sleep there.
I liked the inexpensive room and location. It had a mini fridge, microwave and Direct tv. The pool was very warm and comfortable. The continental breakfast was decent. I paid 66 dollars per night for this room and feel I got what i paid for.
When we arrived, the bed was not made. This made me question whether the sheets had been changed. The shower head was broken and water was squirting out from the sides. The shower also had no drain screen on the bottom, just a hole. The hot tub was filthy.
Rooms were clean and tidy, close to basic food outlets easy to find.
Floor in bathroom leaking water up into bathroom, décor dated needs facelift for price. Toilet blocked overnight and desk clerk handed me a plunger to fix it myself?
